Cancelation/no-show/rescheduling

As of 3/4/2023, STAR will strictly implement class cancelation for all group and private / Semi-private lessons made by students or parents themselves. The purpose of this rule is so that Academy can better arrange our coaches’ schedule, court rental, and create better cooperation with the badminton club rules.

All Private/Semiprivate/group (regardless of the cause)

Postpone / Cancel: 30 hours before the class start. If cancelation is made after the deadline time; the Customer will be charged 50% of the training fee.
